Booking with Us
By accepting the Terms & Conditions and booking a room at Casa Magnolia, you are agreeing to all of our policies. When you submit your reservation, you are agreeing to the cancellation fees set forth in our policies. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash or check.
Normal check in is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. When you arrive you will be given your keys and shown around the house. If you need a later check in, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will arrange to accommodate you. Late check in is between 6:00 pm and 10 pm, with no additional charge. However, please give us advance warning if you foresee this happening so that we can be here to meet you when you arrive.
If you need to check in after 10:00 pm, there will be an additional $50.00 fee.
We do not accommodate early luggage drop off due to insurance restrictions. If you prefer to drop off your luggage before normal check-in hours, a priority check-in fee of $50.00 will be charged to your room.
Check out is by 11:00 am. This gives me time to prepare the rooms for our future guests. If you do not check out by 11:00 am, an additional $30.00 will be charged to your room.
Late Check Out
If you request a late check out, 2:00 pm is the cut off. From 11:00 am until 2:00 pm you can keep access to your room for an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. After 2:00 pm you will be charged the full room rate.
On street parking is available. We live across from Tower Grove Park and there is always ample parking for guests. If for some reason you can’t find a spot, Jordi and I will help you locate one near by. Parking has never been a problem for our guests.
