We understand that life is full of unanticipated events, but we are a small bed and breakfast, and last minute cancellations have a strong impact on our business. Therefore, the policies listed below are firm. However, travel insurance is readily available to cover any unexpected life events that require you cancel last minute. • You will be charged a deposit of 50% of your total booking fee when you make your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card ten(10) days before your arrival date, after 4:00 pm US Central Time (CST).
• If you cancel your reservation ten(10) days before your arrival date or earlier, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The rest of the deposit will be refunded to your credit card.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 4:00 pm CST on the 10th day prior to your arrival date
• If you book a ONE NIGHT STAY, you will be charged 100% of the reservation when you book the room. This is non-refundable.
• If you book a MULTIPLE NIGHT STAY, and find it necessary to cancel one or more days, you can do so free of charge as long as you notify us before 4:00 pm. CST, 10 days before arrival.
• If you book ALL THREE ROOMS (for family, friends, etc. – FYI – we LOVE this experience!), a deposit of 50% of your booking fee will be collected at the time of your booking. This is non-refundable.
