Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days of your stay. Balance is due on arrival.	Refunds are available with seven (7) days notice. A cancellation charge of $20.00 will be retained if the reservation is cancelled within six (6) days of scheduled arrival date.
